Violations of labour laws →
This includes violations of legal working conditions as well as other individual rights.

For example: 
  • Working time violations
  • Discrimination
  • Mobbing/insults
  • Violations of the principle of equal treatment
  • Harassment
Violations of data protection clauses →
This refers to breaches of data protection laws designed to protect personal data. This includes, in particular, cases where a large number or particularly sensitive data is involved.

Examples include 
  • the unlawful disclosure of personal information
  • the misuse of such data
  • inadequate protection of access to particularly sensitive data
Infringements of public procurement law →
This is understood to mean violations of the provisions of federal law that are uniformly applicable to contracting authorities on the procedure for the award of public contracts and concessions (and legal protection in these procedures) from the time the relevant EU thresholds are reached.
Fidelity to the Constitution by public officials →
This concerns statements made by public officials which constitute a breach of the duty of loyalty to the Constitution.
Corruption →
Corruption is the offering or soliciting of undue advantages for the provision of certain services, e.g. preferential treatment in competition or in the exercise of official functions.

Usually, but not exclusively, this concerns offences against criminal law such as § 299 and §§ 331ff. StGB, but also bribery of members of parliament (§ 108e StGB) or works councils (§ 119 BetrVG). 

Money Laundering →
Money launderers attempt to smuggle criminally obtained assets into the financial system. This can be done, for example, by providing an account through which illegal funds are channeled or by purchasing assets from an illegal source.

These are usually offences under Article 261 of the German Criminal  Code or against the provisions of the Money Laundering Act.
